Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:
Enjoy flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD on all orders within Australia
Orders over $60.00 AUD are eligible for free shipping within Australia
If you're based outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

Delivery Estimates:
We ship all products with Australia Post.
Within Australia you can expect: 1-3 Days handling, 3-10 Days transit (Mon-Fri).

We’ll promptly notify you if there are any shipping delays or stocking issues with your order.

Pre-order, back-order or pre-stock items will incur longer delivery times, as some products are manufactured overseas. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time upon ordering.

If your order of multiple items includes an item on pre-order, we'll wait to ship your order until everything is in stock. This helps reduce the carbon footprint of shipping multiple parcels.  

Packaging:
All our packaging is compostable - even the shipping labels! Pop the mailing satchels, stickers, paper and wrapping into your home compost bin, and it will safely break down in approximately 3 months.

Address Changes:
Need to change the delivery address after ordering? Contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes might not always be possible.

Lost items:
If you have not received your item within 3 weeks of ordering (unless otherwise advised), please let us know so we can confirm shipping details and assist in locating your order.
