Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return, and include your order number and return reason. Returns are not available on 'change of mind' purchases.
- If your item is the incorrect size, we can organise a replacement for you in a different size, however you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Proof of postage for the item being returned must be provided prior to a replacement item being shipped.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
- On receipt and approval of your return, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days. We'll cover its return shipping and provide a refund or replacement item.
Restocking Fees
- Certain items incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies even if the return is made before the item’s receipt.You will be advised of this prior to your return being processed.
Other Points
- Our policy may change without prior notice.
- Items not meeting our policy might be declined and sent back at your expense.
- Please use traceable postage for returns. We’re not accountable for non-traceable returns that don't reach us.
