Welcome to Nest Property Renovations - we're hatching something beautiful!

Our Story

What started as a house flipping side hustle has now become a full time business for Brisbane based founder Louise. With a passion for giving well loved homes the chance to tell new stories, Louise travels all around Australia transforming houses into beautiful move-in-ready spaces that feel modern, warm, and grounded. Continuously frustrated by safety gear that was too big, too bulky and constantly slipping off, Louise decided she was tired of feeling dirty and dowdy during renovations. So, she opened Nest's online store in 2026, sourcing safety gear that's manufactured to fit women without sacrificing fun, style or comfort:

'I wanted to feel confident and capable while I was working on my renovation, and being happy with how you look can go a long way in achieving that. Having safety gear that fits you properly is critical for functionality, but it also helps you feel put together and comfortable. No more looking like you're playing dress-ups in dad's garage!'

Our Mission

We give well loved homes the chance to tell new stories. And we know YOU are creating a home where your own family's stories will come to life. Safety should be the first priority during your renovation, but you shouldn't have to sacrifice style in order to protect yourself.

We're women who balance renovating alongside everyday life: we've slept in renovations on an air-mattress, we've struggled to create meals in half-finished kitchens, and we've snuck off to shower at the gym when the bathroom is out of action! Just like you we're in the thick of it, creating a home filled with love, care and our own special touches.
